My  name is Chi Phan .  I graduated from Potomac Academy of Hair Design, and have been a hair stylist for 20 plus years.  Each year, I strive for my customers to look their best for occasions such as parties, weddings, and even on regular basis.  Everyone has a unique and personal vibe to him-/her-self.  Therefore, I would do my best to accomplish each one’s desired look . My motto is to provide my customers a comfortable environment.   Their opinions and concerns always matter. Hair styling is a form of art.  With my years of experience, I will work with you to achieve beautiful looks.  There’s no other way to define beauty, beauty is just in itself.  Whichever way changes or alterations take, your preferences of beauty will mirror the styles I would provide.
